Charles Henry is a recently launched collection that definitely appeals to my penchant for feminine frocks and my undying desire to dress for the summer.  I mean, how could you not love a collection of pieces overflowing with ruffles, delicate fabrics, adorable rompers, and cutouts?!  Not only is the collection overwhelmingly pretty, but it is designed by a fellow Kentucky girl {woohoo KY pride}!  I can't wait until the warm weather hits so I can flounce around in some pretty dresses like these!

She Is Free

The Obakki S/S 2011 collection reflects everything I want in this moment.  Warm weather withdrawals are in full effect here in frigid Kentucky, and I am sick and tired of the manner in which it is limiting my wardrobe.  One of my four year olds in preschool asked me why I wear boots every day....it was so depressing {she was wearing a Dora the Explorer outfit, not gonna lie, I was jealous}.  This wildflower needs flirty fabrics, cotton dresses, the grass between my toes, and the sun on my back!  That video slays me, I can't quite come to grips with the fact that I am not her in this very moment.  Anyone have any tips to beat the winter blues?  Suggestions welcomed and encouraged!

HOLY CUTENESS, how adorable is Zara Kids' new fall line?  I mean, eat your heart out Suri Cruise!  Part of me wants to find a random child and dress them in all of these items, but a significantly larger part of me just wants to wear them myself.  Camel jackets, stripes, blazers, loafers and brogues are all fall trends that I am SO excited about, and these pint size versions are just amazing!

Shake Off The Dust

Behold the MANIAMANIA Dust collection!  I've previously written about this incredible jewelry line fronted by a powerful duo of industry friendly ladies here.  How amazing is our beloved Bambi in this video?  Well, so amazing that I am inspired to suddenly turn the focus of this post not just to her, but her eyebrows.  Yes, those perfectly full, permanent accessories topping off her mug.  I am jealous.

Cravings

So by now you know that I'm going on my big Europe adventure with Sam in the fall!  So it's only natural that I have come up with a serious wish-list of all my major wants/needs for the trip!  So here they are, everything I find to be absolutely necessary for my big trip that I have not yet purchased, combined with a few things I'm just desperately pining after.  The perfect, lightweight, classic trench for any chilly days we may encounter, the drool worthy Mulberry "Neely" bag, the perfect camera, a dress just as adorably perfect as the one Diane Kruger wore during the weekend of the Chanel resort show, a comfy pair of timeless, versatile loafers, and last but not least, the Dara Ettinger Angelica ring that reminds me of arts and crafts!  Ok....maybe some of these items aren't necessary for my trip, but a girl can dream!

I am seriously lusting after a pair of black lace bell bottoms.  To some, it's a serious fashion no-no, but something about these darlings calls to me!  I have a feeling I'll be forced to try to sew together a pair myself, since I'm not too keen on dropping 100+ buckaroos.  Dear lord they are beautiful!  Any tips on where I can get a budget friendly pair?

So Fresh And So Clean

Mmmmmm, these pieces from Erin Fetherston's 2011 resort collection are just so yummy!  I love the clean lines and feminine fabrics, which make for a truly sexy silhouette.  The floor-length gown makes me want to go to prom all over again, although I'd much rather wear it over and over again instead of reserving it for a single, fleeting night!  And the moment I get a real grown up job I will be emulating that super skinny suit.
